Please Understand
Sometimes when "things happen" due to unknown circumstances and a reading/consultation does not take place the time or day we had scheduled, it's OK! I believe that everything is about timing. When things happen unexpectedly and we can't keep our appointments it just means that it was not meant to be at that time.
Again, we must remember that "everything is about timing"
 
Refund Common Courtesy
If you can not keep your scheduled appointment for reasons due to illness or emergency, We ask that you please call or email Laura at least 24 hours prior. You will be offered the soonest available opening for another intuitive/psychic reading. If Laura should not be able to keep your scheduled appointment due to emergency, illness or physically impairing reason, Laura will contact you either by phone or via email at least 24 hours before and again you will be offered the soonest available opening for a intuitive/psychic reading.

Refunds
There are no refunds for missed phone appointments.

If you do not call Laura at your scheduled appointment time and you have not contacted Laura via-e-mail or by phone to reschedule 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, your payment cannot be refunded.

Rescheduling
24 hours notice is required to reschedule a phone reading/consulting appointment. You must call or send an email to Laura 24 hours before scheduled appointment and clearly specify your full name, phone number along with another available time you would like to re-schedule for. Laura will contact you back by phone or via-email to confirm your re-scheduled appointment.  However, if you fail to call at the rescheduled appointment you will not receive a refund.

Canceling 
There are no cancellations. Please see re-scheduling 

If Laura has to Cancel/Reschedule
If Laura is unable to fulfill her obligation due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment will be rescheduled or a full refund will be available if no mutually agreeable date or time and be reached. The amount will be refunded promptly as is practicable allowing for standard accounting procedures and using the same format as payment was received in.

Gift Certificates
La Befana's Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, is only good for one 30 minute intuitive consultation/psychic reading with Laura, and is for entertainment purposes only. Gift Certificates expire one year from date of purchase. The client must present the gift certificate number (#) at the time of the scheduled appointment. The gift certificate number is needed in order to validate the gift certificate.  If the client does not have this and or can not provide the gift certificate number (#) , La Befana's Specialty Gift Shoppe Inc. Laura Colavito'Agosta, and/or Labefana has the right to refuse to honor the gift certificate. 

Payments
Appointments are confirmed when payment is received.
